Welcome to Orange Unified School District’s Teacher Induction Program!  Induction is a job-embedded mentorship and professional learning experience centered on the creation of an Individualized Learning Plan that enables new teachers to :

• achieve personal instructional goals for student success. 

• grow competency in the California Standards for the Teaching Profession.

• complete all requirements for the clear credential recommendation. 

The traditional pathway consists of four learning cycles over four academic semesters. Candidates with exceptional experience may apply for Early Completion (ECO).  Click here for the timeline of Mentor Match and Support.
