Welcome to Orange Unified School District Administrative  Induction!  Induction is a program of job-embedded coaching and professional learning centered on the creation of an Individualized Induction Plan that enables new educational leaders to:

• achieve personalized goals to improve their school or program.  

• grow competency in the California Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (CPSEL's).

• Develop evidenced-based, self-reflective leadership practice. 

• complete all requirements for the "Tier 2" clear credential recommendation. 

The two-year program is open to all new OUSD administrators serving on a preliminary administrative credential. This program is predominantly candidate funded at a rate of $2,000 per year. Most candidates chose to pay this through 10 payroll deductions.
